The Isle of Man lies in the middle of the Irish Sea, it is approximately 33 miles long by 13 miles wide, with around 100 miles of coastline, the Island has a land area of 227 square miles and a population of just under 80,000. Within the Island’s 227 square miles lies a rich diversity of flora and fauna –  the Manx national flower is the cushag - breathtaking coastal scenery, miles of unspoiled open countryside, sandy beaches, woodland glens and 10,000 years of heritage.  The highest peak is Snaefell (‘Snowy Mountain’) standing at 2036 feet high and longest river, the Sulby at 10.5 miles. Some of the most stunning landscape can be best seen while travelling on the Island’s lovingly restored vintage transport systems.
