Welcome to SEPAC

SEPAC stands for Small European Postal Administration Cooperation, a collaborative effort between thirteen smaller European postal authorities. Its purpose is to exchange expertise, coordinate philatelic initiatives, and highlight the cultural and geographic richness of its members through its annual common theme issue.
